Protestor tries to disrupt HK police media conference

Monday's daily police briefing was interrupted for over 20 minutes by a female reporter, shouting and shining flashlights at officers in protest at alleged police mistreatment of journalists at an illegal rally in Kowloon the previous day.
Other reporters ignored her call to boycott the briefing, which resumed after she was removed from the room. Police said any attempted "hijack" of the news conference would not be tolerated as it denies the public their right to hear information directly from the police.
