Law expert: Hong Kong people eventually will accept the national security law

Singapore, an often-cited refuge of those who dread the National Security Law for Hong Kong, has in fact one of the most draconian national security regimes in the developed world, said Richard Cullen, visiting law professor at the University of Hong Kong.
The law expert said people and businesses in Hong Kong will eventually accept the new law and thrive, just as Singaporeans have accepted their own national security law.
