Number of flights from Beijing increases

As COVID-19 epidemic protocols continue to be optimized, Beijing's two airports have seen a significant increase in flight volume.
According to the North China Regional Administration of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, soon the number of daily flights from Beijing Capital International Airport and Beijing Daxing International Airport will reach about 70 percent of the volume in 2019.
On Dec 7, China announced 10 new measures reflecting an adjustment of its epidemic control protocols.
The number of daily flights increased by 169 percent on Friday, 100 percent on Saturday and 63 percent on Sunday, compared with flights on Dec 7.
In response, the administration said it has made preparations to ensure flights operate smoothly.
