Johnny Ng Kit-chong, a member of the National Committee of the CPPCC, shared his efforts in establishing incubation centers. These centers aim to help young people realize their dreams, develop new projects and cultivate diverse talent. Johnny proposed a collaboration between Beijing and Hong Kong to create a "Hong Kong Zone," facilitating Hong Kong youth's entry into the mainland market while offering international opportunities. This initiative seeks to foster talent, attract investment, and create new opportunities.
