Zhou thanked the Beijing Service Bureau for Diplomatic Missions for providing a platform for fostering friendship and said that music, when interwoven with friendship and education, can strengthen cultural diplomacy. He also said that the orchestra will work closely with the diplomatic missions in China to actively promote exchanges between Chinese and foreign civilizations.

Shen then thanked the BDS for providing strong support for the setting up of the Financial Street Kindergarten in the Diplomatic Apartment. He noted that the kindergarten will leverage the rich educational experience of the group to provide high-quality education services for the children of diplomats.

During the event, Chinese and foreign guests had in-depth exchanges about music and educational resources, as well as their experiences of living in diplomatic apartments.
